Hi All, Been focused on sourcing off market industrial warehouse deals in the Phoenix area, but we've been digging up a few deals that are too small for our PE partners, specifically multibay industrial properties that are under 15k Sq/ft. 

My market is really strong, so there are plenty of qualified buyers.Certainly, you can do whatever you want with your property. 

Hard to say for sure of course but it seems likely rental markets will remain strong for the foreseeable future
