Mr no charge might be Mr charge too when he has more jobs to work on currently.You never know.Ask to look at a pics of their current similar work re quality of craftsmanship, and ask for referrals--call them and ask about how easy or hard the contractor was to work with.Good Luck!

That’s exactly what they do, and give you a lot of extra information as well property condition, if it’s vacant or not, utilities on or off, and then take detailed pics of atleast the outside if vacant inside too.

I happen to use receipts, not credit card statements, and just write the number address on top since I may forget between the time I put it on my desk and when I finally scan it (and file away with appropriate rental files).

I have started to have the mindset of a tenant is a customer, no matter what amount they pay or if they are on subsidy or the type of apartment - if you scan and vet as much as possible and then set expectations, and also treat people with respect and dignity, acknowledge whenever they have an issue - you can have a really successful building

Our agents put us in contact with a structural engineer who I sent this pic to and he said that it is larger than most cracks he has seen in the area and is a significant cold joint.
