If this is a rental cover the drawers with a nice same cabinet color veneer.

For most of the house, I've done nothing but cosmetic updates and in doing so changed many/most of the outlets to a new color and in doing so, bought three prongs even though the house is 2 wire romex.

For interiors I use the Color Place premixed off white and white paint that is sold at Walmart.

Every room is a different color and the trim is also different.

@Dusty Laurin I'll add one piece of color to this discussion even though you've got a lot of comments on this. 

Can you share your go-to interior paint color and LVP style combinations for your rentals?

@Rick BassettI personally love the look of off-white trim up against a darker color on the wall (not too dark though).
