If you ever need to pull money out to purchase a new home or some other reason, you’ll be glad you did.As for moving the funds in your taxable account, you could work with vanguard to journal those assets directly over, or pull them as they are currently invested.

Otherwise, if you could refi and pull some of that equity out of your house without killing the cash flow, then you could put that cash into another investment.

I was talking to an acquaintance the other day and they informed me about a strategy where one can essentially partner with insurance companies for when an insurance client's home is destroyed through natural disaster or other causes and the client can be put up temporarily in the rental instead of being put up in a hotel  by the insurance company for the time being.

Instead I settled for where I was at in life and became complacent because naturally I hate change or risks .now I have a new vision and realize no one is going to do this for me , I must create the life I want by willful actions not dreams .
