In Missouri, anyone who facilitates a real estate transaction for any fee is required to have a real estate license......sorry, but it's always worth mentioning.....that includes birddogs, but not all states are as strict.Aside from that, very good presentation.Don't forget the mailman, utlity workers can sometimes help, I use to have a police officer let me know what was going on in neighborhoods (without compensation)

I said ok, let me know.I called Arlington Police to report the theft and vandalism and got a case number. 

So far, he’s gotten 2 prank calls, the police called him from one small city, code compliance caught him placing a sign and he has only gotten 1 lead so far.

And that's because people don't want to live there, and with headlines like this there's no wonder why: Modesto Police Department Pushes City to Approve $15k for New Hires... makes you question why police officers don't want to work there...A lot of the demand is coming from people moving out of the Bay Area, and so they'd like to remain close since they still have friends and family living in the area.

The city management, police department, fire department, and schools have been overhauled.

BTW, on the above project, someone in the neighborhood called the police on us.

Just a transitional job while looking for police work in Houston.

95% of the houses around me are 2nd homes or vacation rentals and fortunately, the local police know which homes are vacant and need extra watching.Will you have a good alarm system or cameras installed?  

There may be a community police presence that is targeted for students and also rental registration.
