In high season, I can rent each almost as much as a 4 bedroom house does but off season I do much better as people coming down would prefer a small condo on the beach.  

You should first contact the title insurance company to file a claim, as they should address any issues missed during the closing process.

But if it helps people sleep at night then I guess there is value.

It's honestly way more simple than people make it out to be. 

@Anirudh Reddy you should NOT depend onthe cops to remove homeless people and squatters unless you verify the local laws and what the police will actually do.HOW are they getting access to the building?

I  know a few people who have retired from a few different airbnbs down here in West Palm Beach.

I know it's not what you want to hear, but people will treat you the way YOU train them to treat you.

There is a large learning curve to not only know what to look for, but also finding people to do the work reasonably, as well as to manage them, etc.  

Will I just have to wait every 6 months to buy a new property or am I missing something?

The location definitely was obvious, at least to me.I’ve hosted monthly meetups in my area of Mesa, Arizona for around 7 years now and the majority of people that attended came from BiggerPockets.
