Here are my thoughts in general on what we have:House Flipping Formula:  Great for those who are getting started, looking for information and actionable items, self paced, not a ton of money for marketing, want to get their goals on their own time. 6 Figure Flipping: For those who have the basic knowledge, money or access to money for marketing / business building, want to get there faster and are dedicated to building a business. 

But as you said, population is declining at a very fast pace.

No agenda, and no fees or requirements to come... it's just a chance to network and chat over a beer if you'd like.
