Hello Everyone!

I've been listening to the Bigger Pockets podcast for a few months now and am working my way through Brandon's book on rental property investing. I'm slowly getting closer to taking the plunge; my goal is to initiate my first BRRR deal deal this year, likely using a HELOC. I'm a little nervous that the housing market may take a tumble over the next 12-24 months but it doesn't make sense to wait for the perfect entry point; I'm going to work to find the best deal I can and see where things go from there.

In the meantime, I've reconnected with the local agent we used to purchase a teardown lot for our house a few years ago, and I plan to start engaging with property management companies and other real estate investors in my area.

That's about all I have at the moment, looking forward to engaging with everyone here as well!
