A grapes of those usually trade at each auction.Depends on 2 things: 1) How much bidders will likely bid at the auction and 2)how many other Certificates you have to pay off.1) Look at the past few Tax Deed auctions and see if lots similar to yours are being bought, and for how much2) Find our how many other Certificates you’ll have to pay off, could be 1 or 2, could 5 or 6.and the total cost.I see it is in Cape Coral...same analysis, only check to see if the water/sewer assessment, $10-$15k from what I remember has already been paid or not....this makes a huge difference....when you’re looking at past Tax Deed lot sales in the area, determine if those lots had outstanding water/sewer assessments on them or not, so you can compare apples to apples.The lots in Cape Coral definitely have more value than the ones in Lehigh.

The outstanding mortgage is still about $65k, but you total value is... $8,400 in cash flow + $75,000 in value.

While it's illegal for an employer to fire someone because they have a garnsihment, accounting and disbursing required by the employer is a real pain and if the employee is not an outstanding person, they employer usually finds another reason to let them go.

But it won't bring $110K and you won't be off the hook.So, with this little scheme, you pocket $15K, trash your credit, have an outstanding judgment for $70K.

I was not expecting two separate leads to come out of two outstanding locations within Ballard, which for those not in the know of Seattle, is a pretty desirable location.   

One had a lease agreement she had filled out using bogus information and I was able to produce my Warranty Deed and ID and the cops carted her off to the pokey (she had an outstanding warrant so I suspect that played a role.)

Your outstanding debt doesn't help either because your debt to credit ratio is bad since you have no available credit.

They would have to shell out $300,000 to recover a part of the outstanding debt.
