Hey guys,I've been self-managing for 5 or so years now but recently turned over the PM on a couple properties to a local property management in town.

I had to give 30 days' notice per our management agreement to a client I have 13 units with on Friday after having to hang up the phone on him Thursday afternoon and telling him if he ever speaks to me that way, it will be our last conversation.

He has help many of the owners that we manage properties for.I had a policy with Southern Oak and didn't have any issue with them through the storm.

I contacted a Matt Robertson (Sales & Operations Manager CiX) and he acted as if this was the first time ever hearing of this and that he was all in, in helping me get to the bottom of this. 

I have two properties rented and a PM that manages them.I recently found an inexpensive property for sale in indiana.

I love (hate) when I have, for example, a unit I manage for someone else, have for example, an AC problem and its a $1500 last min fix. 

I would consider it a working class town and we have seen great rental demand and had great leasing experience there with the roughly 35 properties that we manage.

They have good credit and generally manage their money well.
