@James Meadows The only way DM works is by doing it on a consistent basis over time.

I live about 10 min from Topsail and I know from Memorial Day to Labor Day the Topsail Island is packed with predominantly families.

Self employment does make things suck for a while with financing and you really need to show consistency.
