In some cases you could have low DTI but in the lenders risk pool you are a high risk to offer another LOC/Heloc.

Someone recently told me about an offer from Ally that was around 2.4%.

They are offered trade school or state college debt-free. 

We were interested in the Mount Zion Blvd deal in Ellenwood, GA, due to several key factors: Profit Potential: The property offered a clear profit margin, with a purchase price of $165,000 and a sale price of $234,900.

For the course I'm looking into, they not only present some educational materials, but AFAIK also offer their resources in each market (i.e. lenders, PMs, inspectors, etc..).

Then, after one or two trips into town you can use your agent to make offers on your behalf. 

Network with friends, family, and colleagues and offer incentives like reduced rent or utilities to attract more applicants.

(Being that most apartment building in downtown lisbon are small and only need refurbishment on the inside no structural repairs needed).Which offer incredible yields both on a rental basis or from a fix & flip perspective.In my specific case I don’t have the required funds available to enter on my own and therefore am looking for seasoned investors who would be willing to enter on a partnership or joint venture to invest (all legal, with written contracts obviously).I have seen people with no money but the right skills and connections for the job be successful at it.
