I’m curious as to what types of loans and/or what banks/institutions DO NOT allow “subject to” take over options?

The folks who operate and participate in this forum know a lot more about this subject than some family law or criminal defense attorney. 

The syllabus you published has the allure of "no money down" deals running though it:  "How to Structure No Money Down Transactions", 'Myths and truths about no money down purchases", etc.Allow me to pass along one truth about "No money down" deals:  they are rare (particularly in Canada) and you will need experience to successfully sell yourself as capable in such a transaction.IMHO, such mentoring/coaching for cash offers are generally over-priced and will provide you with nothing you cannot learn on your own with a little hard work: reading, asking questions in forums such as B, and offering your skills or services to a local seasoned investor (find by word of mouth) in exchange for being able to observe and, eventually, participate in a deal.

And, it goes without saying; ultimately, I will be paying their institution to lend me money (so long as I and they can formalize an agreement of terms). 

@Tyrone PerryIf you are looking for appreciation you may want purchase near Major institutions, such as Hospitals, Colleges, or Business. 

It’s valuable to have other members insight and participation in these forums as it helps educate us all on some of the idiosyncrasies that might exist through the United States.

With 90k at your disposal, instead of tying up 90k to control and participate in appreciation on 450k valued real estate...
