It is crazy what can be done now a days due to technology!

By proactively establishing transparent channels of communication, setting clear expectations, and embracing technology to streamline interactions, both landlords and tenants can actively contribute to creating a positive and fulfilling living experience.

One thing in particular that we find interesting is the investment in entertainment technology in Lititz, driven by Clair Global and Rock Lititz.  

Technology has changed that in many industries - I mainly use digital marketing now and have no need for callers or cold calling and even mailers.

You can also diversify and invest in some of the companies coming out of the technology incubators (Nothing to do w/ real estate- Just another reason for Chicago.)
