Hello Everyone,

My partner and I recently acquired a mixed use 5 unit building as our first venture together. First floor is commercial space with 2 - 1bed/1bath and 2 - 2bed/1bath apts above. We are considering managing the building with some technology such as https://www.apartments.com/ren... or https://www.zillow.com/rental-...

Any thoughts/feedback from the above or other technology to assist the landlord?
