She is a computer programmer and I have a full time hurst that takes care of me Monday through Friday and we have a daughter that is in her third year at the University of Arkansas.Thank you for what you bring to the table and helping beginners of this business.  

My mom has been thinking about ways to make some extra income so I told her to use the equity in her land to fund my deals and she can get a return on her money.

In the meantime we would have lived in her rental property "mortgage free" and once we move out we can rent that property which generates $2500 of monthly rent.

Homeowner wants to move on but this is still showing as in her name and keeping her from doing so.
