Starting up, need help
My boyfriend and I are starting up in real estate, we have met with banks and our realtor . We already have a property we want to buy and the woman even said she wouldn’t put it on the market until she heard back from us first ! Only problem is We don’t have enough income coming in and we are looking for investors willing to help us ! We already have a plan on how we will get the money back to the investor(s) who are willing to sit down and help us with this . Any suggestions or advice ?
