I understand you have to give that out so your tenants can make rent deposits but did she get any of your other information or was this whole scam pulled off with just the information you had to give out to collect rent without going to her door each month?

The proximity to Richmond, Fort Lee, and all the new development going on, movies being filmed there, new restaurants coming up, it won't be Church Hill, but I think it's very solid investment!
