Hi,My name is Reda El Alami and I am eager to learn all there is to learn in the investment/flipping business.

Our goal is to rehab and flip B/C class homes here in the Memphis area.

I will do some flips to help finance my rentals.  

I have a lot in a small Texas town that I am looking at for new construction, essentially as a raw land flip over to duplex or SFH, which I will then house hack for a few years before renting out fully.

HelloMost material I come across on the Web for wholesaling and flipping are geared toward US investors - is there much of a difference when applying a strategy in Canada?

I wanted to do wholeselling before jumping into flipping so I can get the field experience but now that you say that I will take that into consideration if I find myself in that situation. 

My wife and I are on our 3rd homeowner occupied flip house and do the majority of the work ourselves.After 5 years of living in a construction zone, we too are starting to look to complete a cash-out refi on our current house in order to purchase our next house and a rental over the next 6 months.  

I am looking to network with other wholesaler on buying properties for flips and long hold.

Mostly buy and hold, with the possibility of the occasional flip.
