So thankful I planned using RE as my platform.

The property management platform they use seems very robust on the management side, but the owner portal seems like an after thought.That platform they use is Appfolio, while I've read great reviews about Appfolio, the owner portal seems very underdeveloped and not well thought out, this lives a lot to be desired.

Many crowdfunding platforms have gone under.

When you buy building materials or supplies, mark e. receipt with the project name.

I send out requests and correspond via email through the platform.  

So I've built an official platform that takes all the lead emails (Zillow, Apartments.com, Realtor.com, etc), captures the email / name / and property address and sorts them into my online manager. 

At the end of the day both platforms are trying to convey the same information but the in-class teachers will give real life scenarios to help understand & retain the concepts.  

They push the new agent to go to conventions where they can be sold all kind of wares.If you want to see courses from some real estate trainers often on Ebay or other platforms they have systems for sale pennies on the dollars.
