I would go to their offices and talk with someone.you would be surprised .. the people they try to weed out are those convicted of financial crimes.I know a guy here in Oregon that was a convicted drug dealer and he still got his license you should though by all means be forthright and certainly not withhold any information .... if they catch you in a fib then your history. .just be upfront like your doing here on BP and I suspect its not going to be an issue for you.Good luck with it

@Scott Bowles A quick sniff test is if the Expenses are < 25% of EGI, then you definitely want to ask for all leases and bank statements just to be sure. 

But it helps tremendously when I give the contractors their pre-employment drug screens to get in the gate. 

I am planning on getting it tested for asbestos.

Like was mentioned use the tissue paper test.

Start in one area and dry test the solution before installing it. 

of course, but i learned from that too. no one has ever set out to do anything and learned how to do it with out first learning how not to do it. the greatest story i ever heard was about the assistant to thomas edison. when edison finally invented a working light bulb, ( which by the way took him 10,000 tries), he gave the bulb to his assistant to carry upstairs to the testing lab. the poor kid tripped on the stairs and broke the bulb. edison simply made another one and gave it to the same kid again to take upstairs. when someone asked him why he gave it to this kid since he broke the first one, edison simply said " i bet he won't do that again". he was right. learn how to do something wrong the first time to learn how to do it right the next time. get out there and just get going...... good luck to you
