Everyone can agree or disagree that IRR is the exactly perfect way to calculate investment returns, and in fact, those in academia, would correctly argue that using NPV to determine total value of investments is a better methodology.

I didn't use to understand this, but experience has opened my eyes.So I would disagree with Michael about not informing your tenant that you are the owner of your property in a househacking situation.

You and I disagree on this but for the life of me I don't see why you have this burning need to prove everyone wrong who uses a property manager.

Low-quality, boring or irrelevant visuals can cause people to scroll past your posts.You are using this as an example of an 'eye catching visual' that will make prospects call someone....I must say, it's not motivating me to do anything other than scroll past it.I'm not disagreeing that you need visuals, but gratuitous generic images seem like a low budget, low effort fill in the blanks attempt.Just my 2 cents.
