It will give you much more in depth insights and is beneficial, even if you are not going to buy a fixer.

The BP youtube channel has loads of super informative content (along with the podcasts, forums, etc.)The Multifamily Millionaire by Brandon Turner and Brian Murray is a great resource that goes a little more in depth into the overall process of locating and analyzing deals, and building a portfolio of small SF/MFH. 

This should be an entire separate thread, but if you want to know more, message me and I’ll send you a link to an in-depth article.Early on, even with multi family, you are better off managing your first or first few yourself in order to learn about how the systems work, how to best manage to maximize income and minimize expenses and find opportunities to increase revenue. 

I like people with more depth of character.

I get why it's done this way, it's done this way for marketing to show others that BP covers a lot of areas with depths, at the expenses of it being really not too useful.Furthermore, on desktops, the menu drop down and submenu navigation doesn't really work when it's nested too deeply and long, because the menu expands beyond the screen and there is no way to get to the bottom portion that's off the screen. 

I have contacted Zumper regarding this issue, and the speed and depth of their communication on the subject has left a lot to be desired.

If you mean a program that will help you learn about real estate investment.... that's a deeper well. 20 minutes here at BiggerPockets will help you understand the depth and breadth of that topic.
