It is supposed to close on the 11th of Nov, crossing my fingers.

Should I see if I can sell it or hold on, keep doing the repairs, and fingers crossed the issues will stop?  

The properties are cross-collateralized (otherwise referred to as a blanket lien), and is serviced as a single loan with multiple collateral assignments.
