I'm new to everything about real estate, the only experience I have is my research and reading I have been doing for the past couple months now.

Hi BP, I have been working my regular 9-5 in south jersey for the past couples weeks now.

We never had an issue with robberies and I don't really want to void the window warranties and ruin this brand new purchase.

I'm brand new and will only have funds to invest in one property at a time and don't want to get in a situation where I may have accepted offers on multiple properties but I only have enough money to do one. any help the community can lend would be much appreciated.

Hi - actually I'm not brand new since I joined about 6 months ago but never really engaged. 

She said to pull a list from "wherever you get your lists" that shows the addresses of absentee-owner properties that have been purchased by Corporation (scorp, llc, etc.).I was checking out a couple sites online where one can pull absentee-owned property addresses, but I'm not sure how to filter out those that have recently (past 4-6 months) have been purchased by an LLC.
