Each one has talked similar but had different reasons why them to go with. 

How do investors always talk about having multiple different options for exit strategies when it seems like you really need to know what your strategy will be upfront even before you submit EMD to keep clear books, avoid commingling funds, tax purposes, etc?

With lots of major companies developing here like Intel, Amazon, Google, FB, Honda, etc., the population and number of jobs are growing - great macroeconomics overall!

Just wondering if anyone out there has worked with this company or Sohin Shah for private financing. 

In my area, not only is there zoning regulations, but building regulations where 3 families are built to different building standards, such as cement walls for boiler rooms, sprinklers, fire escapes to name a few.

The only insurance companies in the game for the stuff we are doing in Berwyn and Cicero seems to be Distinguished programs through Zurich, a little bit of Honeycomb and Greater New York.

I used to work for Japanese company and have know many friends who lived in Japan and spoke great Japanese and it seemed like about every 3 months they would have some kind of really mind altering experience culturally that was disturbing, so probably not an easy place to live or invest, even if the opportunity is there.Argentina I think prices/trades their real estate in $, so less currency risk. 

I hired a law firm, filled a bbb claim and my local news is inquiring about the issues with this company.
