I'm not concerned with the apartments not being separate (as they fit the description of a multi-family), I'm more concerned of the zoning laws in that part of town.We are converting from oil to natural gas and had an inspector come in to sign off on the install of the gas heaters in order to get 2 meters from the gas company to have heat/hot water.

I'm thinking whether we will see similar Lehman's collapse and whether there will be "too big too fail" so gov. has to rescue their friend, and QE will be restarted..... this is especially true for bank that's financing company like Coinbase/Celcius/any crypto company.Also my bet is if tomorrow's oil price goes back to $80 (like it always happened) then suddenly everything is back to normal.

Many years ago during the days of Oil heat a friend of mine installed one for the tenant to play with & one discreetly installed that actually worked left @ whatever the minimum required temp was.
