I'm no expert, though, I've always found mine through word of mouth.Even if it is, I can't imagine FINRA doing much more than telling you to stop at that scale.I've borrowed well into 7 figures from individuals.

Im not an expert, but in a 1031, the profits must be transfered to another project of like kind within a 3 month period.So you are not getting paid in a 1031.Someone with more experience Ims sure while chime in.

I'd probably just clean it well with bleach and/or baking soda.But if this is your first go around with mold its probably a good idea to get a mold "expert" to check it out but be careful who you use because a lot of these guys are con artists that will try to scare you and sell overpriced remediations.

Good example why buyers should use a loan servicer.Mail your payment, certified mail return receipt requested, if it is not accepted on delivered your letter/check will be returned.
