THAT is why underwriters have broad discretion when it comes to occupancy fraud; any time it's likely to come up (and it may not in your case, who knows, I don't know your underwriter, it may not come up at all) you really need to dig through your full scenario ahead of time IMO.

(maybe we should have sent a nice message to list the property as we are realtors).On the other end of the spectrum (Baltimore city) the texts are more responsive and the “we will buy your house cash” more so works in that area as it is lower end.
