For the outside I had to hire a stucco company to eliminate it top to bottom.Simply have a lead report done and give it to your Contractor.

@Vincent Chen,The key is to build your local team - property management, contractors, etc. that can go look at properties for you and report back.

There could be many others we are not aware of as we rely on what people report to us, or what ends up in the subscription legal feeds because of court actions. 

Currently running it on 5 tabs, one for each property then consolodating to a reporting tab for summary results.
