The problem isn't the owners it's you and your lack of knowledge of the basics which you probably skipped past thinking some low life guru would give you the secrets to making big money.

I do not recommend yellow letters for landlords.I don't know if there is a real secret to the copy.

Its no "secret sauce" in you getting what you want.

To buy lead lists from any list seller you need many 'secret sauce" criteria.  

Tell them who you are, why you're reaching out to them, what you want to do, how you'll go about doing it, and how to contact you.There is no perfect letter... unless you talk to a person who sells letters, then I'm sure he/she will have one you can buy along with some secrets.

There is no secret formula or magic pill.

Everyone seems to want to pay thousands of dollars for the secret to get rich quick, if that is the route you take I hope you find it.
