Please search for E2 visa for example , or the EB5 programGenerally speaking - money and real estate don't guarantee anything immigration wise , but they all play a big factor if you do it correctly

We had a reliable renter already lined up so didnt have to worry about the search or vacancy. 

I'm not into traveling and prefer to delegate the property selection and management to others who are more qualified than I am.
