I can learn by myself by watching youtubes videos and reading books, and can work undersome experience Inspector for some time for practical experience(40 hours are mandatory), but not sure if that is an option for me, or theory classes(140 hours) is also mandatory to take under some institution.Thanks

Since I will be relocating and have not had employment in the US for almost a year, I am concerned about finding financing.

I later learned that, upon my leaving the company, I lose all deals still in the pipeline that are already in escrow, but are just waiting for escrow to close.Is this a common practice?
