There are many of us that sell manufactured homes for considerably more.

After much pondering and considering my budgetary limitations, I have decided on purchasing, holding, and reselling manufactured homes.I have already learned so much from BP and I am so thankful for the site.I am always looking to meet people and share knowledge.

Huntsville is great (ok a little biased ;-) ) - lots of jobs coming this way....strong rental market with the arsenal nearby and a few other manufacturing facilities.

I would contact your state's manufactured housing division or search the forums on here for more specifics.

Hint: most breaker manufacturers print "CAFCI", "AFCI" or "AFI" on the face of the breaker.
