Trying to Master the Manufactured Home Market from Salem, Oregon

Greetings All,

My name is Phillip and I am living in Salem, Oregon and working in Vancouver, Washington. My background is a jack of all trades; Federal Government worker, Navy, High School English Teacher, LPN, bar owner, landlord. The list goes on but now I have decided to become a Master.

Like most people here, I am trying to get my footing and find my place in the wild world of Real Estate Investment. After much pondering and considering my budgetary limitations, I have decided on purchasing, holding, and reselling manufactured homes.

I have already learned so much from BP and I am so thankful for the site.

I am always looking to meet people and share knowledge. How can we help each other? If anyone is in my area and wants to meet sometime - let's make it happen.

If you want to run fast, run alone. If you want to run far, run together.”

Phillip
