blah blah blahno...I want to be dead broke and live under a bridge eating rats. 

So far Grandview area has worked out very well, as well as Red Bridge Road area around the IHOP prayer room.  

So really we just used Freddie, on a mere 1 of 6 loans, to bridge the gap between 4 Fannie refis and 1 Fannie purchase.And took this dude out of the loan shark world, bringing him BACK into the soft money and gentle interest rates world.

Could be folks doing renovations, or buy and holds, or bridge or whatever else. 

@Damien Cobbs I went with Angel Oak Prime Bridge. 

I personally broker out funds from investors who have programs for these types of deals, though I use mine and my capital partners' money for short-term, interest-only loans for Fix & Flip or Bridge loans. 

@Quay Wallace Watkins, I recommend looking into Jonathan Twombly at Two Bridges Asset Management. 

Might be that you get a short term bridge/construction loan and refi after the property is stabilized?
