Prior to re-launch I would: sod, plant a couple of trees from Home Depot (very much needed to breakup the monotony of the picture), buy some bricks and dirt from home depot and put a little green plant garden in front of the part that juts out on the right side of the picture, get a couple of flower pots from home depot with flowers for both side of the front door to add some color.

There are a few smart phone apps where you can sell books based on ISBN Number (there are also websites)Contact local used book storesContact a local University Library (they would be more interested if it's a collection specific to topic...as an example, the University of Denver has the largest cook book collection in the West - and they aren't a culinary school)Contact a local Public LibraryOffer to sell them all at once on eBay (local pickup required)etc.

it sits on about 1/3 of an acre not far from lake ontario (no frontage)  I think it needs about 20 k of work and could sell for between 95 and 115 after repairs which i believe (not having seen photos yet) to include new counters, maybe refinish cabinets, a new cook-top, a new exhaust hood or microwave, new flooring throughout, paint, wallpaper removal, a couple intereior doors and screen doors, lighting fixtures, bath vanity and im sure a few other things.
