Now if I was you I would look at properties in Middletown and the towns surrounding it such as Sullivan, Scotchtown, etc. and place like Monticello, New Windsor, Hyde Park, Florida NY, Beacon, and Port Jervis, Peekskill, and most definitely Ossining @Lyndon Major
