It is super user friendly and helps automate a lot of the process like guest communication, notifications to cleaners, syncs calendars and reviews.

For STR's, Guesty for Hosts does a good job at synchronizing your calendar on all STR sites along with sending automated messages that you set up.

Although VRBO & AIRBNB have their own synching tools I'd highly recommend using a platform manager to be able to send automated messages and make adjustments to both listings in a single place.

Using real tools, not just words that can be automated or tweaked in an "ad lib contract".Being my own listing agent, working director with the broker allowed me to see things that most gone seekers never will. 

I have to manually check against property radar for initial validation, but hopefully will automate this more.  

I also started using form mule as a google sheets add on, making things even more automated / easier.
