COVID rates are increasing and they expect this fall/winter for the numbers to be bad.

I never filed a claim with homeowners insurance.I had once a tenant who’s “terrible landlord” didn’t fix the furnace in the middle of winter in New York.

Tough attorney might be needed ASAP, who will know exactly what to do, act immediately, work quickly and will be able to get them out of the premises in a shortest period of time, because according to the law pertaining eviction (I already researched it before we purchased our own investment properties), landlord cannot evict tenants in winter.

Dear BP, I have a triplex in Winter Haven FL, just outside of Lakeland and my PM are claiming they cannot find a local landscaper for less than $100/mo, my yard is very small and easy and I know this is excessive (yes I'm also looking for a new PM).

(I can get an accurate meter reading).The cost to replace 5 rose bushes that never got trimmed properly in the winter, and now they look like Morticia Addams special!

yeah i left 307 last spring (middle of 2nd winter, lol) to texas and HAD to get a new phone and was having trouble keeping my 307 # but now i am back and looking to get into real estate as a realtor before investing as to fix some personal bumps to make future transitions easier.
