#2 City Fheps has started making payments well above what the tenants owe.

Agents are able to pull demographic reports for a specific address for you as well.

It's been a while since I've done one personally, but my last one was with Wells Fargo.

I’m relatively new to this with minimal knowledge from listening to the bigger pockets podcast, but would be grateful to meet any new connections to help me in this journey.

So far I can think of:  - Using agency resources to get my RE license - Trying to make connections with agents who work with investors (as opposed to typical homebuyers)  - Learning the local market through osmosis/exposureAny ideas and/or insights would be well appreciated. 

I’m seeking to add a local team member who is knowledgeable about the local market and can help navigate the opportunities here.
