As far as I know you can have your own Web site but need to put your brokers name on the page or any advertising for that matter. of course I would just ask your broker as they may have their own rules.

I have a class B license, I speak three languages, no criminal, clean DMV, excellent credit, high school diploma, Computer Graphics certificate from community college, experience in web development (WYSWYG editors, light admin work), six years of HOA president onsite manager experience setting the agenda, walking the property, supervising and negotiating with vendors...I'm no dummy.
