I get text messages from tenants on their iPhones, who drive nice cars and have Direct TV that their rent will be late...

I sell one of the major TV options out there, direct, dish, cable etc.

This is the town they filmed the TV show Northern Exposure in, if anyone remembers that show.It would have been farther out than we really wanted to be from where my hubby worked at the time, but we knew to buy, we'd have to sacrifice a bit.So, I knew to order a title search, and it was worth it to me to just pay for one, rather than do it myself, as I was pregnant and working full-time, as was hubby.My moral to this story is not about whether or not I would have found the same info - I'm sure I would have.

(In fact, you may get a letter in the mail asking if you want to appear on a judge TV show, I have more than once)You have an obligation as a landlord to warn others.

Are there any landlords out there that include/provide "free" Internet & Cable TV to their tenants?  

After a couple times going to my property, picking up late rent, seeing people on the couch mid day(not working), and seeing a nicer (bigger) Tv than you have.....you will be raising the rent.

Then, the tenants call up the cable company or ATT for TV and/or internet.  

Turn this into reality tv show competition.Milestone #3.

We absolutely support persons with disabilities, however as seen on TV, folks taking advantage of the system are not far from your doorstep.
