Any tips? 

I was curious if anyone has used Bixby APP for property management software. 

Additionally if anyone has tips for where i can get contracts and a wholesaler friendly title company that would be appreciated.

It is a great app, but I am having an incredible hard time having PODIO automatically talk to Google Contacts about updating a lead 2-ways.

There've been properties that show up as being posted after one day but when I inquire, the agent tells me they've sold that property 2 years ago or that it's been sold or that they aren't the owner but are listing the property for the owner.What looking for us an App, site or software that can produce a true list of "For Sale By Owner" leads.

I'm wondering if anyone has any tips on how to find those buyers?
