Lots of "BP is not responding due to a long running script" When I click on a next page, it seems to run for 30 to 45 seconds, I've been hitting escape to stop it and it usually resets, but sometimes it sends me to a black hole, off the internet and log back on strarting at internet explorer get back. :( I have window 7 on this, use mediacom, have no idea....

Staying focused is another challenge, in order to stay on task and make tangible results in business building, without getting side-tracked too much by business methods or deals that don't fall into line with what you are currently trying to master.My own personal challenges involve dealing with working a day job, being a husband & father to 2 small children, having a wife who also works (part-time), and an elderly person we take care of (wife's grandma).

If this regards a Single Family Home, it is a daunting task indeed.I would suggest you contact the local REIAs in the area for some recommendations and take it from there.In the case of a Multifamily project your fact-finding becomes a whole lot easier.My first step would be to spend some quality time doing a Google search.Alternatively your Lender may come up with some suggestions; they just love it when you tell them that you intend to put professional management in place.That will narrow the field down to a handful of names.Most of the follow-up interviews can be done by phone.There are a lot of questions you want answered in those calls, and remember to ask for references.And yes, do check those references out.Hope this helps a bit.Louis Bergman

My point is that a tenant is not going to search every instance of Anna or Rich on the internet to find some evidence on an eviction case.
