Lots of "BP is not responding due to a long running script" When I click on a next page, it seems to run for 30 to 45 seconds, I've been hitting escape to stop it and it usually resets, but sometimes it sends me to a black hole, off the internet and log back on strarting at internet explorer get back. :( I have window 7 on this, use mediacom, have no idea....

Staying focused is another challenge, in order to stay on task and make tangible results in business building, without getting side-tracked too much by business methods or deals that don't fall into line with what you are currently trying to master.My own personal challenges involve dealing with working a day job, being a husband & father to 2 small children, having a wife who also works (part-time), and an elderly person we take care of (wife's grandma).

Guys in Chicago don't even realize the rent is high, LOL.Don't use internet valuation sites, they are off.

Nobody has yet mentioned to avoid posting publicly on the Internet how much money you have; all sorts of predators will be attracted, trying to separate you from that money.

In fact I would like to make the whole application process on line only.My concern is this.......are lower income folks less likely to have internet access?

@Michael Lee - we don't have very many rentals and we know that at least one does not have internet access.  

If this regards a Single Family Home, it is a daunting task indeed.I would suggest you contact the local REIAs in the area for some recommendations and take it from there.In the case of a Multifamily project your fact-finding becomes a whole lot easier.My first step would be to spend some quality time doing a Google search.Alternatively your Lender may come up with some suggestions; they just love it when you tell them that you intend to put professional management in place.That will narrow the field down to a handful of names.Most of the follow-up interviews can be done by phone.There are a lot of questions you want answered in those calls, and remember to ask for references.And yes, do check those references out.Hope this helps a bit.Louis Bergman

My point is that a tenant is not going to search every instance of Anna or Rich on the internet to find some evidence on an eviction case.
