Legally, you don't have the right to contact them about the new lease so you would have to work with the current owner, the owner's agent and perhaps the property manager depending on how the property management agreement is structured

A simple example --  I had given the EMD on one of the auctions, I had won and although we dont get to see the property, I was able to get into the one and saw that there was a potential structural issues.

Even if the teacher had explored laws, one would think they would simply not offer the class to those in states in which the methods are illegal, but then again the teacher would be at least $5400 poorer.
