This could be consolidating down to one broker whose licensed in all 50 states, picking a broker who specializes in working with investors, and/or a broker who not only has the knowledge of how these policies work, but can simply take you through looking at various options and implementing a policy for you.Not all of my clients choose to go with a single master policy, but it is definitely something to consider once you have a portfolio size similar to yours.Has your current broker discussed a single master policy with you at all?

I believe most lenders cannot discriminate on what type of income you are receiving, as long as it is enough to cover their debt to income ratios, for the loan size you are applying for.
