Get ARMED with information and under no circumstances, get into an argument or verbal-shouting match (I know it's tempting) with them as they can become emotional and you have to walk a very DELICATE line when dealing with problem tenants like this.I'm NOT providing legal advice: but if you have a lease (contract law) and they are in default, it doesn't take a genius to decipher who is in the wrong.

I've found separate bills that will have the same quantity, size, and pick ups that will vary wildly in the price.

Assuming they are 2 separate houses, you can still list them in the MLS as houses instead of condos.

We are considered the metropolitan Washington, D.C. region but there is a huge difference in the real estate market when you cross from DC into Northern Virginia so I think a separate discussion forum is warranted.Thanks!
