Are their listings detailed with good quality photos?

I know there are a tremendous number of factors such as seasonality, pickup, quality of the listing, etc. but I'm currently working on going through things to put pen to paper to write out why.All that said, Pricelabs (the tool I currently use) has recently added a feature to their dashboard.

While there are quality smartphones, you might have to invest in a good camera.

Don't be afraid to pay for a quality contractor to help you along the way - I made the mistake of going with my cheapest option (a handyman) and taking on a ton of that work myself and definitely regretted that.
