For us the biggest challenge has been the pricing of product.

It would be helpful to see the rates on both the purchase and the HELOC. 

We price out multiple different places every year, and he helps me find the best fit (not always the cheapest). 

I mistakenly thought that we would see sellers bringing their asking price more in line with todays interest rates to help facilitate a sale of their property.
